Da Vinci's Demons: extended Tom Riley & Laura Haddock season 3 interview

It's amazing what turns up in a seasrch long after the show has ended. An extended version of the Da Vinci's Demons season 3 set interviews with Tom and Laura Haddock has been shared on this site. About 4 or 5 minutes of the interview was shared (in small parts) on various FOX channels as season 3 was broadcast, but nowhere uploaded the entire 8 minute interview.

Two recent online articles looking at cancelled TV shows which should get a new life, and undiscovered television gems, included Da Vinci's Demons in their lists, with some kind words about Tom as Leonardo. The final series is currently been shown on German terrestrial TV RTL.

A feature in the Australian Empire magazine, Spring / Summer issue (November 2015), looks at season 3 of Da Vinci's Demons which was broadcast in Australia last December. The article includes an interview with Tom who reveals how dangerous filming the show was for the final season.

Da Vinci's Demons: fun cast memories of Gregg Chillin misbehaving

It's always amazing what turns up in searches after a long period of time, but here is a snippet from the Comic Con Portugal press conference from 2014, which I don't think we have seen or heard before. Tom reveals that many of the fun moments behind the scenes involve Gregg Chillin misbehaving in some way. Apparently there are scenes in season 3 which Gregg 'ruined' but they had to use...did any fans spot such a scene?

Da Vinci's Demons: great production values, a fantastic score & a talented cast

Da Vinci's Demons season 3 was released on DVD and Blu-ray yesterday in the US, and a few new reviews for it have beem shared online. One review from Inside Pulse, clearly written without ever actually watching the show on DVD or Blu-ray - they awarded 3 out of 5 for included extras, where there are none - can be discounted. I hope no-one actually got paid for writing that piece.

The second part of an interview with Tom for Xfinity, during a press day last year, has been shared online. Part 1 can be watched here, if you are in the US. Both interviews are geoblocked, sadly. In part 2, Tom discusses the implications for Leo's future following Lucrezia's final comments, in the Da Vinci's Demons season 3 final episode.

Da Vinci's Demons: season 3 DVD / Blu-ray cover art & release details

Da Vinci's Demons season 3 was released on US iTunes yesterday, and as has already been revealed, the Region 1 DVD and Blu-ray will be released very soon, on January 26th 2016. A new trailer has kindly been shared with the website to promote the DVD and Blu-ray release, along with a closer look at the boxed cover art. While a few extras are included in the iTunes download, there doesn't appear to be any to accompany the DVD or Blu-ray. Pre-order the final season on Amazon and other retail outlets.
