Extinction: official trailer and website

Netflix has finally shared a trailer for Extinction with Lizzy Caplan and Michael Pena, directed by Ben Young, which is released worldwide on July 27th. Tom Riley plays Chris in the film, but sadly doesn't appear in the trailer.  Keep an eye on the Netflix webpage for Extinction for updates. A film poster and more film stills have been shared here

Extinction: first video footage

The German Netflix account has shared a promotional video of all July 2018 releases, which includes the first glimpse of Extinction, which is apparently to be released on July 27th worldwide. There is no sign of Tom Riley, but we do briefly get to see Lizzy Caplan and Michael Pena.

The Toll Road: IMDb updates

The IMDb page for short film The Toll Road, directed by Tom Riley, has been updated. We now have a synopsis as well as character names. 

An eccentric couple face a headstrong adversary on the eve of their tenth wedding anniversary.

Extinction: July premiere on Netflix?

While there is nothing yet to see on the Netflix website, and no sign of a trailer yet, a number of broadcast news websites sites have Extinction listed for a July 27th 2018 premiere. It was only a few weeks ago that similar sites announced an August 10th premiere.

The Toll Road: IMDb page

Short film The Toll Road, written by Richard Galazka and directed by Tom Riley, now has an IMDb page. Shot in California early March 2018, and starring Lizzy Caplan, Martin Starr and Anthony Carrigan, the film is now in edit.

Hopefully a synopsis will be revealed soon.

The official Netflix website has not yet confirmed any broadcast date nor released a trailer for sci-fi feature film Extinction. Directed by Ben Young, the film shot in Serbia in 2017 stars Lizzy Caplan and Michael Pena, with Tom Riley as Chris.

The Toll Road: short film now in edit

Tom Riley shared photos on Instagram of himself in The Toll Road edit room, with the people from Kids At Play. Short film The Toll Road was written by Richard Galazka, directed by Tom Riley, and stars Lizzy Caplan, Martin Starr and Anthony Carrigan. It was shot in California back in March 2018, before Tom started filming Dark Heart. Apart from the obvious reference in the film title, we don't actually know the synopsis.

Modern Life Is Rubbish: UK cinema release today

UK based fans of Tom Riley can see him in as Adrian in Modern Life Is Rubbish, which has been released un UK cinemas today. Screen locations include London, Edinburgh, Cambridge and York - check for cinemas showing Modern Life Is Rubbish near you on the official film website. If you dont get the chance to see Tom on the big screen, the film is released on DVD Monday 7th May 2018.

Modern Life Is Rubbish: US theatrical release today!

For US based Tom Riley fans, Modern Life Is Rubbish is released in cinemas today by Cleopatra Entertainment. No new images or video clips of Tom have been shared to accompany the release, unfortunately, though there is a new clip of Joshua Whitehouse and Freya Mavor online.
