Thank you to Giorgia (The Chillin Zone) who spotted a brief interview with Tom Gregg and Laura, which has been shared online by FOX Italia. It seems to be a version of last year's EW interview, but worth a re-read anyway.

Two more new interviews with Tom are now available, sadly neither are in English. The first, for Croatian fans, is on this website. Google translate isn't very helpful, and the only things which seem new are Tom getting fanmail from a dog and having a new appreciation for the work of producers (after his extra role in Da Vinci's Demons season 3). That may not be entirely accurate either.

The second interview is with Eros Vlahos, and is available to buy from this Hungarian website. They must have been interviewed together in Helsinki last month. If anyone can translate the interviews for the website, please let me know.

Spoiler TV has shared the episode title to Da Vinci's Demons season 3 episode 6. Synopses for the first 6 episodes are also available. They are not spoilerish, but don't read on if you don't want to know.
