Tom attended the Glamour Magazine's Women of the Year Awards last month; the only clue being 2 lovely photos taken with Tom, and luckily shared by fellow guests on Twitter at the time.

4 stunning new photos have since appeared on various photo agencies. There are 2 on Rex Features, which can also be seen on AP Images, and 2 more on Newscom.
He isn't named in any of the photos, so it is a matter of searching through all the photos from the event on each site to see them.
