This year's Edmonton International Film Festival has announced screening dates for participating films, including short film The Toll Road directed by Tom Riley. Confusingly, the site listed 29th September for the screening, but changed today to 5th October.

Tom Riley's directorial debut The Toll Road has it's screening tomorrow night at the HollyShorts Film Festival. Short film The Toll Road, starring Lizzy caplan, will be screened from 10pm on Friday 16th August 2019 at the TCL Chinese 6 Theatre. One of the crew of new HBO series The Nevers shared a photo of a crew gift, apparently at the end of filming episode 1. The image reveals what looks to be the official logo for The Nevers. 

According to a recent article from Kent Online, one of The Nevers film extras has been stolen. The extra in question is a pink cockatoo called Boo. 

A bird was stolen when she was in Kent to film a big budget TV series produced by the team behind the Avengers and Game of Thrones. Last week KentOnline issued an appeal to help find a stolen bird, but it has emerged she is a silver screen extra.

None of the official announcements posted online yesterday, about HBO's new series The Nevers with Tom Riley and others joining the cast, included any filming information. A bit of googling today has revealed a few tit-bits, but none of this is from official sources. 

The Hollywood Reporter has announced that Tom Riley has joined the cast of "The Nevers", a series created by Joss Whedon for HBO - his character is apparently called Augustus "Augie" Bidlow. There doesn't appear to be any details about where or when the series is filming. 

The Toll Road instagram account announced that the short film directed by Tom Riley will be screened at this year's HollyShorts Film Festival. The date and time has not been confirmed yet, but tickets can be purchased from the official website once they go on sale. The festival runs from August 8th - 17th 2019 in Hollywood, Los Angeles. 

The LA Shorts International Film Festival has announced the screening date and time for The Toll Road, directed by Tom Riley. Fans in Los Angeles can now buy tickets to see The Toll Road on 22nd July starting at 9.55pm, part of programme 29. The film will be screened at Laemmle NOHO. Tickets available to buy here.
