Paramount + with Showtime revealed today that The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial will start streaming in the US on 6th October, with linear broadcast to begin at 9pm on 8th October.

The first photo of Tom Riley as Lt Willis Keith in The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial has been shared by La Biennale di Venezia on social media. The premiere / press screening of the film takes place (out of competition) tomorrow evening 2nd September 2023, and main premiere it seems on 3rd September.

While the exciting news was recently announced that The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial will premiere out of competition at this year's Venice Film Festival, it was quickly followed by the very sad news that the film's director William Friedkin died on Monday aged 87.

Tom Riley's name has been added to the cast list on IMDb for feature film The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial. Tom's character is listed as Lieutenant Willis Keith. I haven't been able to find an official announcement anywhere, but it seems that the film started filming in January 2023, and is now in post-production.


Starfish: released tomorrow in US and Canada

2016 film Starfish, starring Tom Riley and Joanne Froggatt, is released tomorrow 15th December 2020 in the USA and Canada by Freestyle Digital Media. The film written and directed by Bill Clarke is available on streaming platforms and DVD, including Amazon and iTunes. For more details check out the Origami Films website


The Toll Road: available to watch online for FREE!

Short film The Toll Road, directed by Tom Riley, written by Richard Galazka, and starring Lizzy Caplan and Martin Starr, is now available to watch online for FREE thanks to WeVe TV. Watch the embed below, or you can view it on You Tube as well as the WeVe TV website. 

The film was shot on location in California in 2018, after Tom finished his run on stage in Dry Powder, and before shooting ITV series Dark Heart. Though it was a project close to his heart while he was filming three seasons of Da Vinci's Demons.
