Australian Film Festival 'Flickerfest' recently announced its line-up, and The Toll Road, directed by Tom Riley, will have a screening on Friday 17th January 2020. Tickets to the screening, part of the Love Bites 2 programme starting at 6.30pm, are available on the Flickerfest website.

Last month Tom Riley's wife Lizzy Caplan was promoting Castle Rock season 2 on Hulu, and this month Lizzy has another new show to promote for Apple TV's 'Truth Be Told'. The premiere of Truth Be Told was held in Los Angeles yesterday, and photos of Tom supporting Lizzy on the red carpet have been shared on Zimbio and Getty.

HBO on twitter yesterday announced that The Nevers will be coming to television screens in 2021. The new series from Joss Whedon for HBO started filming in London July of this year, and epsiode 1 wrapped at the end of August. Nothing has really been heard of the series since.

As previously announced, The Toll Road is screening at the San Diego International Film Festival this weekend, with opportunities to see the film yesterday 19th October and another today 20th October from 4pm. Turns out that director Tom Riley was answering questions at yesterday's screening, but unluckily for fans, there was no advance warning to be able to share that news widely. 

Lizzy Caplan was on the Jimmy Kimmel show last night promoting her new series: season 2 of Castle Rock for Hulu. During the interview, Lizzy told a hilarious story about husband Tom Riley and his chewing gum. Watch in the video below.

The 2020 National Television Award nominations have been announced, and the long list includes Tom Riley's ITV series Dark Heart, which was broadcast last year. The 6 part crime thriller written by Chris Lang has been nominated in the 'Best new Drama' category. 

Lots of new photos of Tom Riley and Lizzy Caplan have been shared online. Thet both attended the Los Angeles premiere of Lizzy's show 'Castle Rock' season 2 at the AMC Sunset. Zimbio has posted the most, and they are all large and unwatermarked. There are a few different ones on Getty. 

The Toll Road, the short film directed by Tom Riley, has been selected to be screened at this year's Tall Grass Film Festival in Wichita, Kansas. The festival runs from October 16th - 20th. The Toll Road will have 2 screenings during the Festival in the Laugh Out Loud: Comedy Stories Shorts Programme (the hilarious, the goofy, and the delightful), and tickets are available here.
