Dark Heart: Tom didn't read the novels before filming the series

A new interview with Tom Riley promoting Dark Heart for US audiences has been syndicated in the US press. In a surprising reveal, Tom didn't read acclaimed novel Suffer The Children by Adam Creed - which the series is based on - before filming. Read the interview in full on this site. ITV has shared a new clip from tonight's episode of Dark Heart, featuring Tom Riley as DI Wagstaffe, which begins at 9pm and continues tomorrow night. The video is embedded below. Another new interview with Tom, to promote tonight's BritBox launch has been shared by Hidden Remote, and for some reason Tom gets onto the subject of nipples. Read it in full on the website.

Earlier today there was a wonderful, extremely funny interview with Tom Riley on ITV show This Morning, promoting tonight's episode of Dark Heart. He chatted about disappointing passers-by when filming the series by not being Richard Madden, and his recent revelation about the cactus injury. Dark Heart: Tom reveals how indecisive he is over scripts

The interview with Becky Want for BBC Radio Manchester is available to listen again on BBC iPlayer. You can hear Tom Riley and Miranda Raison chat about the series, and Tom reveals he is always extremely indecisive when reading scripts for potential jobs. Tune in at around the 2 hour 47 minute 30 second mark to hear Tom's voice. It can be listened to outside UK!

Don't forget that the second episode of Dark Heart is on ITV at 9pm tonight.

Dark Heart: Build Series London interview now online

The video interview with Tom Riley, Chris Lang, Miranda Raison and Anjli Mohindra for Build Series London, which was live streamed this afternoon, is now available to view online on Facebook. The Radio Times has re-published an interview from a week or so ago, and has shared another interview with Tom Riley and Charlotte Riley which is very similar to an interview from the 2016 broadcast.
